Support Portal for Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows users to log, view and close support cases in CRM from an external portal. Additionally, content in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Knowledge Base can be exposed to the portal allowing customers to search for their own solution to problems.
Each user accesses the portal via their own unique login and can access company wide cases or be restricted to just their own.
The portal can be branded with the customer’s logo and colour scheme.
Hosting can either be on Windows Azure or on a customer’s own server. The solution is compatible with both CRM Online and On-Premise.
