Once your system has gone live, there will still be times when you need a helping hand. Optimal CRM operate a help desk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Office 365.
The service covers you for:
- Assistance with items that we have previously trained users on (for instance CRM mail-merge if we have previously trained that user)
- Break/fix – Help when things go wrong. If required, will liaise with Microsoft Support on your behalf.
- Basic system customisations (such as adding an item to a pick list)
- Remote installation of the CRM Client for Outlook for new users.
Calls are logged in our own Microsoft CRM Online system and assigned to one of our UK based team of Microsoft Certified Professionals. Each case is automatically assigned a case number which is sent to you in a confirmation email.
The support desk is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with out of hours support available on request and can be contacted via phone, email or Skype for Business Instant Messaging. We can provide support for all versions of Microsoft CRM including 4, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016. Both Online and On-Premise systems.
Our remote access software enables us to easily take remote control of customer machines and quickly fix issues.
