Microsoft CRM Sage Integration

Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sage integration helps to streamline your business processes and reduce the re-keying of information. Our two-way integration enables you to exploit the full sales cycle within CRM.

The integration copies Orders created within Microsoft CRM in a batch to Sales Orders or Invoices in Sage. The associated company or contact records are also transferred. The Sales Order create in Sage is will not be automatically posted, allowing the accounts department to review.

The Sage product list can be synchronised into Microsoft CRM allowing Quotes and Orders to be raised using the products which exist in Sage.

Finally, a read-only copy of the Invoice raised in Sage can be synchronised back into Microsoft CRM enabling reporting and targeted marketing within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
